How do you satisfy an architect, a contractor, an owner, and a curtain wall consultant?
Give them what they want—better products, a simplified process and fewer delays.
Here’s what the design and construction team of New York’s premier residence, Atelier, had to say about us.
The Moinian Group—owners and developers of Atelier—are one of the country’s largest privately held real estate firms. Joseph Moinian
has been credited with transforming the New York City skyline. So when he sought to develop a 45-story luxury high-rise in Manhattan,
Moinian called on some of the best in the business. Costas Kondylis, architect and principal of Costas Kondylis Partners, is the man
responsible for designing some of the most noteworthy skyscrapers in Manhattan. Israel Berger, principal of Israel Berger & Associates,
is a recognized expert in building envelope technologies. Frank Ross Jr. is Executive Vice President at HRH Construction, one of the
nation’s top construction managers and general contractors. “This industry and New York City both move at light speed; you need
manufacturers that can keep pace,” said Joseph Moinian.
